Spoke to Mr Turner, LOL,....

He is very qualified to be on a bankruptcy creditor's committee since he states he has chaired and been on approx eleven committees before and has a background in forensic auditing.

He stated that he has been a federal witness on a maritime/travel successful RICO prosecution and enjoys putting "crooks" in jail and holding them accountable for their actions.

He has a good understanding of creditor/bankruptcy law as it would apply to this Company.

One poster has said that it appears SeaAm has many personalities....interesting observation....
