tut, I agree 100%, this is not only a Google win evaluation, we have all the other cases against various companies that are looking pretty good, but at the end of the day we have not received cash into the bank account, in my humblest opinion that is what is holding VRNG'S pps to advance. VRNG will be evaluated according to the income she will be deriving from the various sources, at this time no one really knows what it will be. Good Luck to ALL.
Tut--The “market” has little to do with the price of this stock, imo. People simply cannot expect that normal stock price discovery will occur when some 26% of the float is held by the shorts in a $3 stock. Just a small percent of the shorts can totally control what happens here with barely a yawn. Even with the best of news Shorty simply allows the price to rise a few cents for a few days and then walks it right back down again.
I yield to no one in my belief that this stock will be a big winner for us, but the remaining catalyst has to be a final ruling by Judge Jackson. Only after JJ finally hands down his final ruling(s) (ie., on RR and W/A) can the appeal process proceed. Only THEN will Shorty at last be forced to face up to the fact that it’s truly just a matter of time before Vringo’s win is confirmed.
We’re all mucho in favor of good interim rulings---we’ll definitely take ‘em---but now let’s move this case on to its next step.
