Shorts still in control. Ask size is twice the bid size. No real demand to over come supply at this point. I expected more demand than what we are seeing given the positive news.
I think that if they have done a good job of conserving their cash on the next report,that too will lend support to whatever gains we may see in the intervening time.
I agree with you but as an "efficient" discounter of future cash flows, the market seems silly here. I do think the w/a issue is a major point, after which (assuming VRNG comes out on top), there is NO way the market can discount what will be at least $500M in future cash flows (unless it somehow thinks the CAFC will overturn but that should be offset by a more likely scenario of laches being reinstated).
