Unless they lied, according the their 11/21/2013 PR, "Fuelstream Inc. Starts Booking Revenues as U.S. Representatives Appointed by Global Airways," they are booking revenue. No reason they shouldn't be showing a substantial revenue increase on the 4th qtr 10Q due out by mid February.
