Does it say "Fuelstream Inc starts booking substantial revenues"? No it doesn't.

They booked $30,000 in Quarter 3. Would I expect to see something SUBSTANTIALLY higher than that before they start fueling for Global? No. It would be nice, but I don't think we should expect to see anything substantial until they are fueling. Does lack of SUBSTANTIAL revenue increase mean they lied? Absolutely not. If they show NO revenue for Quarter 4, then they lied.
