1500 lbs/hr @ 8.5 pounds/gallon = 176 gallons/hr
24 hr/day * 176 = 4224 gallons day or 100.5 barrels(42 gallons/barrel)
A sell price of $100/barrel = $10K a day = $3,650,000/yr = $304K/month
A sell price of $80/barrel = $8K a day = $2,920,000/yr = $243K/month
Assuming 70% processor uptime for both scenarios, that yields $212K or $170K a month.
So it look likes the processor can achieve YOUR break even number with 1500 lbs/hr; 70% uptime and $80/ barrel sell price. Three variables that at this point seem achievable to me. Running it 32 days followed by 2 week shutdown is roughly 70% uptime.
