For me personally I would look for who is liable for what......You do not just get the cash and not be liable for nothing.....I will give you the simplest example, the MBS, How can JPM just get the cash and leave wmi holding the bag for the rest and now expect to get back the 1.9 billion you paid to collect the 20 billion cash and get my money back as if you bought the bank for free........Many more examples such as a percentage of the Nols, how can JPM ask for a portion of the Nols when they did not come into the picture until after the Bank was sold......Many questions......

Now If I owned a WMI Mortgage loan, why was I not informed of the change of ownership or wait how can JPM now own something they did not want liability for........
