You forget it was not suckman and group who had the Judges ear but a shareholder. The shareholder is the one who brought the question of inside trading if it was not for that suckman and group were going nowhere fast. Formal charges could not even be brought forward. It was the BK Judge who in the end praised the Hedgefunds for it were not for them WMI would not have had any value and saved equity. Go listen to the audios for the judgement it is all there. Suckman again walked away with their tails between their legs like GS no documents were produced....Where was the sealed document, why was it sealed.....Suckman an group did not have to comply, but did so why...we will never know.......
If suckman and group were so strong and amazing why was a shareholder that produced the 118 page PAA. Why could they not produce the documents from Iron mountain....and why did we sign releases for JPM when all liability lies with them and the FDIC.
Rosen knew the 118 page PAA existed, so did JPM and the FDIC and the shareholders but not suckman and group!!!
