This is obviously a long shot. 2 million doesn't buy much fuel and concern that any funds received by FLST will be ciphoned off to pay legal bills for Wagner and AFI DOJ trial.
If you dig a little more you would realize that Global Airlines is just a small subsidiary of Global Airways and it was a branch that wasn't profitable so it was a smart deal on Globals part.
Global Airline has many subsidiaries and no changes will happen between FLST and Global all It does is make FLST a part of a subsidiary that has many more aircraft so that's a good thing for revenue.
Global Airlines is a British Virgin Island company not the main company based in South Africa.
