These type of negotiated buyouts don't happen at the tip of a hat, they take time. 1Time and Global would almost certainly have had to have been in the middle of negotiations before FLST tossed out the PR on 11/21/2013. Looks like this is clearing up some lingering questions about why nothing else has been touted by the company about the supposed revenue. Clearly my purchase in early December isn't looking like a wise one now.
