I suggest PTQ is playing a game of ''chicken''-and even though FQ may not be in the greatest shape-they are STILL a lot better off than PTQ and if I had to bet which of the two companies would be the last man standing-it WOULDN'T be PTQ. FQ didn't get to be where they are by being stupid-all they have to do is...nothing-and PTQ's land and aggregate falls into their lap....

I don't trust Fifer in any way, shape or form, but he's no fool either[that title goes to the naive people who believe him-and shell out their hard earned dollars for his pipe dreams, and I suggest he knows full well its a whole lot easier to mine gold from shareholders pockets-especially naive shareholders]

maybe its beginning to sink in that this one WASN'T ''diferent''afterall, and the Vancouver Penny Stock Shell Game DEPENDS on starry eyed naive people who actually think it is ....

It certainly doesn't appear their relationship is a close one. In fact it seems to be just the opposite. Fifer seems to have that effect on the other party. Posters on this board said FQM wanted to work with Fifer/PTQ and that certainly doesn't seem to be the case.

I would think the Pan. government would like to proceed with Cobre Panama asap, but if there are PTQ shareholders in high places or in government that have skin in the game too and want a sale price for PTQ at higher levels, so I suppose there may be a tug of war going on there. Let's hope the people in power can get more out of FQM than Fifer seems to be able to negotiate.
