you don´t have UNDERSTAND me right:

I don´t have speak about what PTQ was paying (to Fifer & Co), i was speak about what was FIFER pay.

If you have do your DD right, then you know, that this was less then one million USD :)

After he (and his friends) has only sold this property to PTQ for a much higher price, to get a bigger part of the company! But now that´s good for you, so Fifer has also a big interest to get a fair price from FQM for the Panama Assets, because he and his friends are big shareholders now from the company.
