I am not sure, but this says epc cost estimate. Is that the same as a epc report needed for the bonds.

Here is what I recall, Adam told me that Casale was demanding $4M in order for BION to move forward with the EPC so it would appear they negotiated a deal as $340k is dramatically lower. Probably wasn’t a hard sell as BION is strapped for cash, it was less or nothing. The $2M was not related to additional share dilution it is a short term note up to 6 months, that encourages me as I perceive BION to have confidence the stock will appreciate once bonds are sold and we break ground. They will have plenty of cash when the pps is $.50 6 months from now...
