They developed the Turn Key Machine with Engel, patented. That completely changed the development/fielding plan of LQMT. That is HUGE. My theory is that VISSER can make prototypes but with much hand refining, and that's why Lockheed Martin held off testing the Canard..to give LQMT time to prove they can produce in large quantities. Now that has transitioned into the Turn Key Machine. I don't think its "prototypes" any longer. Its Machines. That's why were' not hearing anything. The prototypes was the banana on the stick for stockholders. But Steipp knew Visser couldn't meet quality in line production. My Opinion.
