Here's the deal. I got off the phone with FDA Document Management office, Ryan...."I can't give you my last name", there's defiantly more info visible to him when he pulls up the Petition. He was less than helpful though. His supervisor is going to call me back...ya right!

Currently I have found 5 violations of Laws/Regulations/FDA guidance relating to accepting, filing, and delaying this petition. Whom ever paid/hired Fuson has to be listed on the document.
