That lawsuit was filed in 2005, did it ever come to trial? I was one of those that read about the wonderful promise of this material and bought. Unfortunately I lost more money than I could afford and didn't rebuy until it was in the pennies with hope in my heart that the company would finally do something right. The brief was very interesting.
