Hilal told me when l was in the office He was burned by that calucalture problem. Also mentioned about getting burned by some funding outfit in Colorado. So l think he tusts no one. And if the above are true you really cannot blame him!!!!
My point is that HF may be having a hard time selling his product to other corporations wighout a patent. I suspect that most companies will not purchase substrates that are not patented. They would not want to assume the liability of a patent infringement case. This is only speculation but it does explain the slow/no grouth of CTKH.
