Its been a while since I followed this stock so I could be wrong but wasnt there a stipulation that we could only merge with someone "smaller" than us? If that is true a company of $6B in value would be too large to merge with wouldnt it?
I figured we would need to merge with a "small" company and then be able to merge with another larger one etc. Would acquiring a larger business be the same as merging with it in that sense?
