reason for rising PPS = market anticipation of positive forward-looking events including but not limited to: consummation of KKR financial deal; capitalization of WMIH corporate shell; M&A with profitable business; up-listing to major stock exchange with assignment of appropriate industry price-to-earnings ratio (P/E) multiple - imo
