Would you mind posting the citation for Turner's lawsuit?

I cannot seem to locate any such lawsuit on any legal data base...
Just the collection efforts, as posted on the company website, for his unpaid consultant fees. Seems the company has many past due unpaid claims as per the most recent financial statements. It appears company is in dire straights.

Excellent point. Based on the Sea America project time table and his interfacing with US Senator Jay Rockefeller’s office when Rockefeller was the chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, Turner’s review should be coming up shortly. Turner’s conduct must be held to a higher standard than most. Even the hint of impropriety would be detrimental to Turner right now.

I wonder what insight would be garnered about Turner by doing a FOIA with the DOD, DARPA and DIA referencing Turner and the Sea America project. i wonder if there would be any structural similarities to the Air America project of the Vietnam War era that might be noted?

I bet if someone would cross-reference DOD/Sea America project numbers that might be derived by the FOIA process with the Congressional Record/ US Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, you might be able to flesh out more details about Turner.
