Looks like Turner's security clearance maybe in jeopardy if he has a review soon. See once a clearance holder 5yr TS or 10yr secret time is up, they are required to do the application and background investigation again which is very possible that his lawsuit claims on PVEC will pop up. All the fraud and lies will have to be explained which can result in a suspended, revoked clearance or jail time if failure to disclose the truth on the investigation form. ----Hint---- I wonder who else watching PVEC board.
