Just because there is 400 million shares issued does not mean they had to be sold on open market yet. That would be impossible considering not even 1 million shares have been sold since the 11th. This dilution is to be expected from a crew like this. They have done it over and over. If you are expecting a $1 here PPS that is saying the company is worth $400 million dollars and I don't think so IMO. It is not even worth .0001 with 400 million shares IMO.
