Who is issuing them all these shares? Everything has to go through the stockholders before anything can happen. As in, the stockholders/ board have to agree to a price to pay off the debt with shares. thinking into it, 500k at .3 would be reasonable when the price was at .5 weeks ago and it touching 2 dollars a little while after that. 1.6- 2.5 million shares issued to pay off the debt would be reasonable. Though, i believe that we could raise the funds and pay it off with cash, except there wasn't enough time. Where the heck does 400 million come from? No one with a brain is going to issue 400 million shares at .0001 to these SOBs. Something is wrong here, very wrong.

You do not have anything else in mind except dilution? Is that so easy to blame a company without sufficient knowledge about it ? Next days when the pps will rise .. What will say .. Pump ? Haha
