I was just making an observation, and yes, I was referring to several posts, not specifically yours. I must have missed any reference that we were going to trial, prior to yesterday. Your implication that the court case is holding back the price is what I have been saying. I would sure like to see Jay's take on that word, "trial."
If you step back a second, get out of the fray, and think about this as XYZ stock, try to look at it from the outsider's point of view (researching opportunities, heard about from some message board or a friend, etc.) here we have a high tech company with an amazing product, but involved in a lawsuit - the average person with thousands of opportunities doesn't take the time to judge the merits of the two sides, or even discover the issues. He or she sees "Court case." OK, pass on this one.
(NEWBIES: Look up TMMI TRUDEF)
But the BIG money, the ones waiting on the sidelines to get their hands on this technology, or merely to invest in it, will jump all over this, and are watching and waiting, as you say, tick toc tick toc... this is, as I posted previously, the elephant in the room, and soon it will be sorted out and the conjectures and identity-guessing and all the inflammatory rhetoric will end as the actual shareholders begin the rocket ride.
It will sure be interesting to see who disappears from this board then.
