I'm not sure what your point is. If you reference my posting history I have always felt that it was important for TMMI to have taken action against DFMI/Dimension Inc. and welcomed the announcement when it was made. It is my opinion that TMMI will win the statute of limitations argument and the ensuing trial will finally put to rest the vast volume of misinformation perpetuated by the likes of 4retire that has plagued TMMI over the years.

If you are referencing stockpicker, I think what he is saying is that no matter what the outcome of the lawsuit is TMMI will still prevail with the commercialization of Trudef and we as shareholders still win.

I do get what you're saying as well - with the lawsuit hanging in the air there maybe a lag in overall buying of TMMI's stock. You may be very well be right in regards to the current situation but in my humble opinion I believe that once we get past this initial phase of discovery wherein the tolling of the statute of limitations is no longer an issue I believe that it will be an important psychological victory and couple that with a possible deal being announce it should go a long ways to negate the current status quo with regards overall buying of TMMI stock.

I also believe that the ensuing trial will not go well for the Demented Ones and I anticipate the court will be expeditious in dealing with what I believe has been an outright hijacking of proprietary code that clearly belongs to TMMI.

The damages will not be light in my humble opinion.
