WALMART is a CONSIGNMENT STORE, for those that don't know, companies have to place their product in WALMART STORES without getting payed, then WALMART pays them after product sells, so DEWM has to pay for all products first and that is a big expense, so they would need to borrow money to pay for merchandise to supply WALMART.
