IMO: IDCC Management has reviewed their contract with Nokia and has rendered a legal interpretation that is not ambiguous...The only thing subject to Arbitration is IDCC's interpretation of a trigger event clause for payment that has been agreed to by both parties.Nokia is entitled to review the Ericsson 2G agreement with IDCC and see if it conforms to IDCC's opinion of a trigger event.

osoesq, Nokia has had an agreement in place to pay IDCC since Jan. 2002 if not before. What issues do you envision that would require longer than two months to resolve? TIA
