Good points. I think that investors should
try to be a bit conservative here. What if
the final rates 'only' get them to $500 million
recurring? I've seen litigation get so tough
that it drives some companies into submission.

Yes, this is now arbitration and the final deal might
be split in half? Maybe the recurring number is
$600 million? We just don't know.

But regardless, anything above $500 million is
a heck of a lot of profitable revenue that builds
a lot of cash quickly. I don't think IDCC has
seen over $75 million consistently recurring /
quarter, have they? And that's only $300 million
annually!

Anyway, I'll likely be buying more at these levels
even if it takes time to understand the final deals.
I like the fact that they're talking about these
final deals.
