Management has been issuing 2 to 3 PRs a month of a similar nature for the last couple of months. During that time share price rose dramatically from 5 to 26 cents. Now the price starts to drop and management issues another similar PR and it is a desparate bit of fluff.
To me management is just continuing to communicate as they have in the past months when there is information available. The only thing that changed is that the stock rose to a price that could not be supported by the news that was being released and now it has come down to a more realistic price point.
Those that bought in the 20s, when people here were predicting 30s, 40s and higher, just got caught up in the hype on the boards.
Management has to wait until the large companies that they are working with want to sign contracts and make anouncements. Until then they can only announce the small stuff.
