It's reasonable logic and I agree if something belongs to someone they should get "rent" if someone else takes it to use.

Unfortunately I also know that the bully on the playground with the biggest muscles normally "takes" what they want and if the one they take it from complains they get "beaten"

Let's hope the RIGHT thing is done and these big boys do the FAIR and MORAL thing - not the "bullying" one.
