So it sounds like this was more of a publicity stunt. They can't prove that they have the goods requested. They just wanted to give everyone the impression that they are first to market with an off take agreement.

I don't like companies that pull those kinds of stunts. I hope they go the way of Zenyatta. All bust and no balls.
