Remember Nokia wanted to arbitrate on all these I believe, we decided to litigate--so now OK lets have an arbitration---
the respondents know that IDCC will be on them like a rat on a cheato for the next decade , either way

this question about whether they have seen this type of pushback from the govt he rambled and not sure what the hell he said other then it is something he can deal with

also a question about going to federal courts instead of ITC he does not seem to be throwing ITC out. This clearly has caught him off guard and does not seem to have a definite direction.

Would appear to me that this latest se4tback with the itc does not seem to keep him from using them again
