Some here have called for a buyback.Management so far has not been inclined to do so.Maybe they feel it more prudent to hold back the cash for R&D or what have you?!?!
Companies do it all the time. If you look at the cash flow statement of many companies you'll see they both buy and sell stock in many of the same quarters. It just takes the extra paperwork and expense each time.
