GRAS I'm trying to find the 8k that the Transfer Agent said was filed yesterday after market close. I'm not having any luck finding it though. Wish he would have just told me the Share Structure. I might have to call him back if I don't find it soon. Feel free to call (619-664-4780) and ask him too, he should tell you if you say you can't find the 8k.
