I DONT think These dumps are someone willing to get some write Offs etc.......

For me there is only one solution: VIZS Needs Money for producing, shipping, partnerships, pr etc.......and they convert Shares..............VIZS is the only one who can do this without a loss....the good Thing is that i dont think there will be a RS because then they would wait until RS is done and afterwards sell much higher.......

another Thing could be: One of the Major shareholders wants out and there is another one who wants in or wants to raise ownership.....it is only possible NOW under the STOP sign because they have to release no filings via Edgar etc......
