Your guess sounds as good as any I've heard, maybe some insider wants in and while they can pick up so many shares cheapest price that another one is dumping? Which wouldn't be considerate of the commons shareholders. Who owns the 4BIL restricted shares currently declared?
I'm sure you're right that they are postponing the OTC reporting until they've done whatever they're doing with obligation to file the doc's, that's what I have been assuming as well. Hope we know soon.
Like someone else just said this was worth .0004 when no one was even sure what the company did any more. But shell wasn't maxed out.
Glad I've got another stock today that's flying, a biotech on big board, even there MM's and hedge funds play incredible mindgames but wish I'd had this powder to add there I'd have made a ton, I'm sure we all just want this to MOVE so we can do the same --
