I suspect based on this news they feel Nasdaq and then OMX listing is coming very soon.

Swedish subsidiary?? I expected much other things but for sure not this! Anyone have a guess why this, to be able to raise funds in Sweden, or what...??

I have heard the name Peter Benson, linked to Siaf before. He might be the new guy in this office. Assist in capital raising. Could it have something to do with the new bond?
