As I have stated, I may have been born at night, but I wasn't born last night.
We really should do better due diligence and not PURPOSELY leave out all the notes they prepaid. It is obvious that if the notes are prepaid then there are no conversions. It is also obvious that if, in fact, the company were to issue any "new notes" (which remains to be seen), it will take a minimum of six months from the date of a note issuance before a conversion is allowed to take place.
That makes the theory of all these potential conversions BOGUS!!!
The current share structure of the company as it stands today is still RIDICULOUSLY small by today's standard of what the average OTC company has outstanding or in the float.
SO PLEEASSEEE spare me the chicken little theory. I'll stay focused on their operations since that is what will eventually make this company a success!
