I suspect the cc was prematurely scheduled. They were probably expecting the FINRA approval to come through by then and be able to announce an exact date for ticker/name change, at minimum. All of them sounded a little flustered and short on patience when the subject came up. Victor hinted there was going to be a round 2 or something for documentation so FINRA probably came back asking for clarification on something. My bet is that it had to do with the buyback, which feels sudden, and rushed.
