I believe the dividend was announced late last January but yes it has been awhile. If the promotion is done with 800 Comm trading and news for MWIP then I am all for promoting the stock.

I see no filings or evidence of insiders dumping. Friedman is trying to build a business which takes money. If he successful then the PPS will take care of itself. I am not exactly happy with how this is playing out right now but it's a start up so it's risky.
