2 weeks ago they filed this 6 million share sell...but couldn't fill out the paperwork correctly so had to resubmit....and it looks like this deabacle started last October per the SEC website....but who knows the SEC could be watching porn right now....so who knows maybe someone just needs to hit send on their email to get this going.......SMH is all I can do...just a huge giant cluster
