would re AMZG: ugh, stock drop over past month now makes perfect sense...that offering represent over 100% dilution at current share prices...

AMZG shelf offering is huge, but it's just a "shelf offering" that they'll hopefully use only small part of and only for good reason. Time will tell what they do, but it's likely to keep a cap on the stock price.

This explains the recent weakness in the stock ... the news leaked out.
