re AMZG: it took less than 4 months for AMZG to sell stock off of their previous shelf offering filed 6/10/13...they are aggressive at shaking down new investors, IMO.

I sold when I learned of the offering. Don't know enough about management or the Board to have a feel for whether the Company will be prudent and exercise restraint. Sure looks like this Company is in a hurry to grow. If so, I prefer to sit this one out.
