Sandy, Only you could appreciate the following observation. More than a few posters have remarked about the fantastic AT&T/Apple IPhone 5s commercials with flowing liquidmetal at the beginning. I think it is also worthy to note that toward the end of the commercial, the metal ring around the scanner button is specifically highlighted for a reason (connection). Some of the 5s component strip-down articles have indicated the ring "feels" and "looks" like stainless steel. My bet is that if it were actually "tested" - it would be made of liquidmetal. Yes. Mr. Steipp told me that as well. IIRC, they are filing for (or have already filed for - I forget) a patent on 3D printing using their alloys. However, the gist of the conversation was that IM using the new Engel machines is their first priority.
