That is in the filing, I will copy paste a link for you.
President, CEO and Chairman of the Board, Danny Alex, made the following cash investments into BRAVADA International Ltd in the amounts and on the day(s) indicated below. The cash investments went into the Company as a shareholder loan.
Interesting, but inaccurate. I will now copy and paste from the 2011 Filing with a link.
During the year 2010, Mr. Alex did not take any portion of his $13,200 monthly salary and instead converted it into a shareholder loan so that the resources of the Company could be allocated toward the development of assets that derive cash flow. Mr. Alex intends to continue accruing his salary and converting it into shareholder loans but expects to begin receiving a portion of his salary sometime in 2011.
What part of the 3.5 million revenue Brav did in 2012 did Danny not participate with on the "business side?"
So it is ok for Danny to pay himself now, but it is not his money? So the 81k that Danny just put into the company was "ours" and not Danny's money? Her is a link for that statement.
This is a nice rhetorical question. If you don't believe that the 81k that Danny invested into the company recently is even "his" money, then I guess that question is irrelevant and fairly condescending. If the commercials cost less than 81k then my answer would be that Danny paid for them.
