Maybe?? I suspect manipulation. I know not all shares reported here necessarily respect the pure definition of short selling but it is reported as activity deemed as such:
why short here? Why borrow and loan out shares between market makers to sell when not available? If someone was selling due to tax loss selling, market maker should buy if no one else does...
