LOL, Your "found" money will soon become worthless when the QE4, QE5, and QEn etc. kick in v.s. AOILQ will go up from here (0.0017) to 0.004 again which is 135.3% huge investment return!
I would not buy this over hyped garbage with found money.
Heavy buying at 0.0017 ~ 0.0018 today! Any luck to get any of those dirt cheap shares though the New 52-week low is 0.0008? If not, then slap the ask ASAP to join the coming bounce...
I don't buy stocks that are heavily promoted.
LOL, The bid is up 5.88% so far which everyone can verify that! Where is -37.5%? You should slap out those dirt cheap asks if you want to make quick money here...
Looks like major red to me. Buyer beware, AOILQ is going lower.
You're wrong, AOILQ was up 40% this morning! 0.0035 is today's high!
Looks like this crap is going lower. Buyer beware.
Down 37.5% already. TIMBER!!!!
0.0025 ? -0.0015 (-37.50%)
I would not buy this crap with found money.
Down 37% Yikes!
Looks like this one has been manipulated down with tiny sales. I wonder why? If I were you then I would slap those dirt cheap shares at the asks to make some quick easy gains here because AOILQ just hit the new high 0.004! Totally four Q stocks (three CH7 Q peers and one CH11 Q peer) bounced nicely today and last Friday and there are very good chance to make nice amount of dollars from the best Q stock performers!
It is not down 37.5%, instead AOILQ is up 212.5% from the Bottom price 0.0008 and it was up 400% from the 52-week low this morning! No more weak hand's sales at the bids!
AOILQ will hit 0.0176 (which is 4.4-bagger big return from here) as soon as next Monday since its Book Value alone is 0.0163 per share!
Also it is still the OTCLI Reporting stock which is much better than the majority Q peers who are in the OTCNI non-reporting tier!
AOILQ has all terms "BULLISH" rating (Long Term, Short Term, Intermediate Term, and Overall) and "Very Bullish" rating for both "Recent CandleStick Analysis" and "MACD"!
http://www.stockta.com/cgi-bin/analysis.pl?symb=AOILQ&num1=1&cobrand=&mode=stock
Looks like this one has been manipulated up with tiny buys. I wonder why?
AOILQ is on fire today! All the slapping volumes! Easy to hit the penny land based on the Hyper Tiny FIXED float available for trading!
The peer (feecq) had already exploded to 0.0007 from 0.0002 with over six times of much much larger OS (346M+ shares) count v.s. AOILQ has only 57M shares Tiny OS!
LOL, yeah 0008 is a sign of real strength. Funny.
You're 100% wrong! If what you speculated were true then we should see AOILQ crash to 0.0001 now or even at 0 x 0.0001. In fact 0.0008 is the current All-Time low for AOILQ and the bid is already up 25%! You should see the 10-bagger quick rally first before you could see it hit another new low (say 0.0002). If I were you then I would just grab some dirt cheap shares ASAP to join the coming 10-bagger rally! The bankruptcy case like AOILQ could take years to see the end and many great profit-making opportunities will lie ahead during this long waiting process... The best example is the CH11 peer: it had already exploded twice (6.72-bagger and 11-bagger respectively) since the bankruptcy! As matter of fact AOILQ had already bounced 3.2-bagger once so far!
It's a huge POS either way. It's totally done. lol
Not true! Mostly cases the CH7 is much better than the CH11 for the common shareholders because the CH7 stock is much safer than the CH11 stock! Check out the consequence or outcome of all the Q stocks and you would finally find out which one is better easily...
How much would you pay for this shell after closing the CH7 case? What assets attract you via the §363 sale? How much did you pay for your existing shells (at average cost)? I might consider to buy one CLEAN shell from you if the price is right and the SS is excellent!
Anyway the bid is up 25% at 300K-0.001 x 10K-0.002 now! It seems AOILQ (57,105,473 shares OS and 100M shares AS) won't decline to $0.0001991 (i.e. $0.0002) to match Another the MV ($11,369.44) of CH11-Q peer (22,738,885 shares OS and 45M shares AS) at $0.0005. To acquire this shell at 0.001 from the open market you need to buy at least 28,552,737 shares which would cost $28,552.74 cash.
From Hyper Thin asks of Level2 anyone could drive the price to the much much higher next asking price level (0.01) with measly 10K shares of slapping action at 0.002 (only $20 cost)! Easy 10-bagger run from the current price 0.0008.
Let's see if AOILQ could replicate the peer's 11-bagger Quick rally...
AOILQ is bouncing up 12.5% so far! It seems bottomed out at the New 52-week low 0.0008! 120K-0.0009 x 10K-0.002 now. The next ask is only 10K shares at 0.01, then just 60K shares at 0.036 from Hyper Thin asks of level2! Easy back to the penny land again...
The 52-week high is 0.16 v.s. at the joke low 0.0009 now!
Another New 52-week low 0.0008 was created a couple of days ago! Another new low 0.0005 should kick in as soon as next week...
$3,486,664 debt has become immediately due and payable as a result of the filing of the Chapter 7 Cases. Therefore nothing is left to the company and its common shareholders! I'm wondering if AOILQ will follow its Q peer (VIICQ) to decline to 0.0002 very soon... Anyway today is the second session for AOILQ to hit the new low 0.001! 0.0005 tomorrow or next week? Why the trading volumes have been such low after the huge negative event --- CH7 Bankruptcy? CH7 is a very bad news for AOILQ! When will be the next key date in this CH7 Bankruptcy case? TIA!
Bankruptcy or Receivership.

How much time do you have and what wouls u think u would offer?
Always interested in cases being heard in the Northern District and Eastern District that involve small, publicly-traded companies.
"Northern" and "Eastern" are more based on the city size rather than geographical location. For example, Plano and Sherman are really in North Texas, but jurisdiction falls in the Eastern District. In a nutshell, I could travel to all but Amarillo, Beaumont and Lubbock in two hours and sit in. I do it on the phone in other parts of the country.
I am prospecting for shells that could be acquired via a §363 sale. The problem is getting a deal done before the SEC revokes registration. I have plenty of those in my portfolio.
Thank you. It affirms my belief randy was a good man not someone trying to make a buck and swindle investors. Little value in officenfurniturr. Im looking at well as value. Are u looking at buying assets in trustee sale? Is this what you do?
Wasted some time this morning.
I was wrong. The offices were not empty. Furniture and equipment remain. The trustee might actually recover a few dollars for creditors from those assets.
My reason for going was two-fold. First, it was the location of my first job after college outside of the family business. The building suffered from low occupancy at that time due to falling oil and real estate prices in Texas. Second, I wanted to see how the office might have been furnished. It appears that they did not overspend decking out the place.
AOILQ is a CH7 Q stock with millions of dollars debts! Thus the only valuation left here is: it could be used as a clean shell after the court closes the CH7 case. The MV at $0.002 is $114,211 v.s. the CH7 peer (viicq: 174M shares OS) is trading at only $34.8K MV (at 0.0002) now and the CH11 peer (gaxcq: 22M shares OS) is trading at just $15.4K MV (at 0.0007) currently! To match the MV with the two Q peers we should see AOILQ further decline to 0.0002 or 0.0006 respectively... Which means AOILQ will drop 86.7% or 60% from the current 52-week low 0.0015!
Save yourself some time. Office closed leases void now no more money to continue operations. There is no question its chapter 7. What shareholders woule like to know is value of assets as the debt was not much. Even if stated lets say 15 million what will it fetch? The real value is in wyoming question is will they be able to sell the well bore and equipment? If anandarko allows it maybe something left...even 1 million could flow back to shareholders would be .02 a share...not fetting anyones hopes up...i consider it a loss now but this isnt ovef until next week...stay tuned
I'm pretty good at finding things not so public.
In fact, I was going to point out earlier that I will be traveling by Spring Valley Center twice tomorrow morning and planned to take a peek inside. However, I do expect to find the office empty.
Since you are familiar with area and maybe people, perhaps you knew Linda Payne and can speak to her ability to be fair and work hard to maximize asset sales...
I know details of the company especially public info was looking for something not known.
The company only had five employees.
Four were executive offers. I would expect the fifth was an administrative assistant.

I see , i was looking for something more informative.
Ibhave trustees info already. What can u tell us based on having had worked there? Can i give u a call if so, please reply to me in publjc your phone number.

I used to work at 5220 Spring Valley Suite 100!
It will depend on new asset valuation based on oil prices. I dont think they are zero have to establish some value based on an avg price. Once the schedules are filed ill post info here. I think and have always thought there was value but it wasnt the debt to asset ratio that caused collapse they were good until 2016 with debt payments it was deterioration in business operations...income droppedncant pay people to be around and no deal materialized to keep going...the anandarko lease expiration neared what can u do? Ask the xourt appointed trustee to be honest and fair...i sincerely hope trustee works hard to extract maximum value
Isn't the difference between chapter 11 and chapter 7 that with chapter 7 everything is definitely lost and with chapter 11 there is some sort of hope left?
Damn... Was looking like a bouncer until that Chapter 7 filed.
AOIL changed to AOILQ, bankruptcy:

Thanks you Randy for your hard work at trying to build shareholder value! Market volatility and commodity decline killed our chances to see Armada become a high-growth entreprise not your lack of leadership vision and experience!
Folks, Randy didn't give less than 100% of his effort and was the biggest loser (time and his shares).
I am not selling my shares at this point. At this point, why do that? Give some shortseller a cheap way out? Nope, they can pay .009 like what happened today for 50k at end of day.
For many of you traders, time to move on...i saw the volume one person sold out or maybe two small holders.
The value remains and I'm holding out for a unique scenario that may unfold--I am not living in denial! I consider this a loss now.
However, properties were just purchased for $6 million before crash. Surely, that could cover the debt. Then what about the well? I would expect more than a million for the almost $6 million it cost.
The only concern I have is the honesty in dealings from court-appointed trustee and any other unscrupulous actors in picking up the assets.
Randy did his best, the deadline neared to drill wells on anadarko farm out and it didn't happen.
Only silver lining (I know you don't want to hear it--but remember stock was already at .01) that the lease is not void due to BK filing so anadarko has a choice...let trustee sell the lease to get some money back and have someone come in and complete the well and extract value. If anadarko does nothing or says no, then you have armada property sitting there wasted which cost too much money to forget.
Maybe a gambler comes in and buys the well with the risk of not being able to do anything to it because they can't own the mineral rights...
This is a very interesting lessons learned to me and I consider this education in the oil business during these tough times. Randy was on track to build a good company but he hit some bad luck no one could foresee.
Good luck all, please chime in on your thoughts of Chapter 7. I nkow usually nothing and chapter 11 usually nothing but they didn't go chapter 11...business had to stop couldn't make money anymore...contracts with creditors stop...only owe would they owed to the date of filing...could be something.
--possibly more than 500k in value right? also, how much would a trustee cost each month?

As a result of its asset reallocation strategy, Armada has sold its properties in Plaquemines and Lafourche Parishes in Louisiana and has acquired the first of what it expects to be several additional midcontinent properties. The company now owns developmental properties in Woodson County, Kansas and Wyoming County, NY. In addition Armada controls approximately 9,400 net mineral acres in the liquids-rich Niobrara Play in Carbon County, Wyoming by virtue of its farmout agreement with Anadarko Petroleum. An initial test well has been drilled in this acreage position and the company is making preparations to complete that well and to drill developmental wells in 2015.
There are a significant number of proved undeveloped (“PUD”) drilling locations in Kansas which the company expects to drill in 2015, and the Company is actively seeking additional producing properties to add to its portfolio.
