My due diligence leads me to believe that Apple and its subcontractors are not bound to Visser for manufacturing. I also believe that Apple already has engel equipment and that it has not been made public due to Apple requirements.

LD83, Well, Foxconn, the key large supplier to Apple has an Amorphous Metals Division, as has been indicated on this iHub board, and Foxconn is putting $30MM into a new facility in PA.
