If "their technology has several patents-pending", that cover different aspects of the P2O technology they are extremely well hidden. Please provide links or numbers.

There cannot be an international patent pending because there is no device known as an international patent. If there was an initial provisional patent application filed it expired long ago. It's misleading to suggest that there are several patents pending because they all relate to one set of claims:

I doubt that the shareholder was asking his question about the SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR READING A MAGNETIC TAPE.
