Ummm, no. We have had those with actual patent experience in getting patent awards explain the process and specifically state JBII's patent-pending status is 100% accurate. I don't need a link. It's bullshit to claim otherwise as explained by a professional in detail who has been awarded several patents.

Yes, their technology has several patents-pending that are going through the normal course of patent protection. Most importantly, the notion that there is nothing unique about its catalyst-delivery process is laughable considering other processes don't even use a catalyst.

Needing more details doesn't eliminate the patent-pending status. Makes for a good conspiracy theory though, but I won't be confused when they get multiple patents.
